The 2015 Miracles Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark purple-red, opaque, with fresh-from-the-vine brightness. Generous, ripe aromas with tons of blackberry and just a hint of green peppercorn. Judiciously chosen French oak doesn't dominate but adds chocolate and baking spice nuances, as well as light vanilla notes. Extended aging brings an earthy, licorice-root character, with some dried blueberry that intensifies the fruit. Full and plush throughout the palate with exceptional balance - a marriage of bright fruit, velvety tannin, and plenty of body. The wine finishes with persistent grip and flavor, delicious now but softening over time. This wine is pouring wonderfully now, or lay it in your cellar to age ten years.
The 2015 Miracles Tempranillo Intensely dark red in color,with a hint of mahogany. Richly aromatic, with dried leaf, earth and bramble softly underlying the intense fruit - bold berry, ripe cherry, and dried plum. Palate texture comes from supple, well-developed tannin that perfectly balances the fruit. Extended aging in spicy, well-seasoned American Oak results in a totally complex wine, filling out the mid-palate and providing layers of interest, with a lingering yet finessed finish. This wine is pouring wonderfully now, or lay it in your cellar to age eight years.
From a newer planting on our Miracles Ranch, this Grenache shows the freshness of youth along with the power of the Willow Creek District. Cherry and rose petal characterize the nose, while the palate is juicy and fleshy with great length.
With its dark purple color, this wine brings into sharp focus fruit flavors of ripe black cherry, exotic black raspberry, and blueberry cobbler. The aromas suggest richness and the palate does not disappoint. Full, rich fruit rests on soft, supple tannins to create a decadent flavor experience.
Tons of white pepper on the nose, with dark berry and turned earth aromas. The inviting nose leads to a balanced mouth feel with a full and rich mid-palate, toasty oak, and generous fruit. Firm tannin and natural acidity carry the wine to a lingering finish.
This Tempranillo is part of the Spanish block in our vineyard. These head-trained vines have been in the ground just over five years now, in the coldest part of our property. Dried cherries, fresh tobacco and warm spice lead to notes of rich, dark-roasted coffee beans. The American oak barrels used to age the wine have added to its long, tannic finish.
The Red Soles estate consistently shows the best potential of Willow Creek District Zinfandel: at once spicy and refined, fruity and savory—this is the wine that turns Paso’s heritage grape into a world class, noble variety. Plenty of dusty pepper to complement sweet, blackberry aromas, syrupy blueberry, and a cedary, almost meaty note. In the mouth, it’s tangy, bright, and silky.
Red Soles Distillery’s Absinthe Verte is a delicious, pungent unaged brandy infused with 11 botanicals following an 18th century, Swiss recipe. This high proof rarity is traditionally served diluted. Licorice, mint and sage flavors combine to flood the palate in herbal notes.
Our Limoncello was made with a base of premium late harvest viognier brandy. We infused the brandy with whole Meyer lemons in the still, and then further infused with additional Meyer lemons for forty days in stainless steel. Our process is incredibly unique in that we use the entire lemon, not just the zest, for a more complete and intense lemon flavor. Bright, lemony, and purely delicious! 750mL.
This spirit is spicy, fun, and unlike any cinnamon product you've had before. To make it, we start out with premium unaged Brandy and re-distill it a second time with fresh cinnamon sticks in the still. After the second distillation, we let it sit with more fresh cinnamon sticks to give it its warm golden color, and to infuse it with even more cinnamon flavor. The result is a complex, spicy, and expressive spirit that would make a lovely addition to your liqour cabinet! 350 mL.
Our Grappa is made “in the spirit” of Grappa, using something that would otherwise go to waste. We collect the sediment left in each barrel of wine we bottle and distill it. Fruity, spicy and smooth. Sip neat or mix in your favorite cocktail.
