50% Viognier, 50% Chardonnay-- Our signature white wine Flop Flip is a blend of Viognier and Chardonnay. We started making this wine because we could not decide which we liked better, our Viognier or our Chardonnay, hence the name Flop Flip. As it turns out, Flop Flip has become our best selling white wine and year after year continues to win medals wherever it is entered. Layered notes of honeysuckle, tropical fruits and spices frame a long finish that brings out the best of both varietals.
